    Taking Time

    Midday Meditations are held at The Common Good on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, from 12:15 - 12:45pm. At these times people gather in our meditation room for silent meditation, prayer, or contemplation. Meditation is led by traditional meditation practitioners, but this silent time of contemplation can be used in any way you would like. You decide how you use this time to refocus and center your day in what is most important to you. You may be surprised at how the simple practice of taking this time during the day can calm and refocus your mind and spirit. Drop ins are always welcome!
