A student-let community group
Mindfulness Club is a meditation club that was started as a place for students to have a youthful place to relax. Since that time, nearly 10 years ago, it has grown into group open to students and community members, and is a great place for both beginners and long-time practitioners to find a community centered on meditation. Empty Clouds Zen
A community traditional zen group
Led by experienced practitioners of Zen Buddhism, it is open to beginners and experienced alike, but it geared slightly toward the more practiced Buddhist. In line with traditional Zen services, this group meditates in seated and walking meditation, as well as with verbal mantras. Empty Clouds Zen has moved to a new home in downtown Bowling Green, and they have expanded their activities. To find out more information about this group click HERE
Meditation in Recovery
All Are Welcome!
Meditation in Recovery is a fellowship group which meets one evening a week for meditation and discussion. The group shares their experiences and insights in meditation and recovery with each other, so that they may help others to strengthen both their recovery program and their meditation practice.
Meditation in Recovery is open to persons from any recovery group, and is for both beginners and those experienced.
