    Mindfulness Club

    A student-let community group

    Mindfulness Club is a meditation club that was started as a place for students to have a youthful place to relax. Since that time, nearly 10 years ago, it has grown into group open to students and community members, and is a great place for both beginners and long-time practitioners to find a community centered on meditation. Open to all, this group currently meets from 5:30 - 7:00pm on Friday evenings. To get more information check them out by clicking HERE 

    Empty Clouds Zen

    A community traditional zen group

    This group currently calls The Common Good it's home, and meets on Sunday mornings, from 10:30am - 12:00pm. Led by experienced practitioners of Zen Buddhism, it is open to beginners and experienced alike, but it geared slightly toward the more practiced Buddhist. In line with traditional Zen services, this group meditates in seated and walking meditation, as well as with verbal mantras.  

    Meditation in Recovery

    All Are Welcome!


    Meditation in Recovery is a fellowship group which meets one evening a week for meditation and discussion. The group shares their experiences and insights in meditation and recovery with each other, so that they may help others to strengthen both their recovery program and their meditation practice.


    Meditation in Recovery is open to persons from any recovery group, and is for both beginners and experienced meditators. 

    Held 7-8pm on Sunday evenings

    Drop ins always welcome!
